It is our hope that this document makes clear WeGuard's commitment to customer trust by providing a detailed understanding of its security controls.
Reliability
WeGuard will use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the availability of WeGuard®, and provides performance standards as detailed below. This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies only to paying customers, and does not apply to customers who are evaluating WeGuard® by availing the 30 day free trial option. We will provide at least 90 days' advance notice for adverse changes to this SLA.
If we do not achieve and maintain the Monthly Uptime Percentages set forth in the table below, then you may be eligible for a discount on your subsequent monthly bill.
